This would be a great gift for the person who loves to golf!! It is a large 12"!! The clock face is mounted on a thin, hard composite wood. The mechanism has a three year warranty and is especially made to be almost silent. If the ticking sound of clocks annoys you when you are trying to sleep, you will appreciate the time we spend in getting the best mechanisms.
